I lost email access. But then I got it back. But not really.
My payments lapsed when my credit card expired and I was on vacation. I discovered this when I came home and I couldn't connect to mail.babyfestus.com. So I came in here and updated my credit card information and everything should be groovy, right?
Now when I try to access my email, Mozilla seems to be able to connect but the mail is always empty. I'm sending myself test emails from all over the place but they're not coming in. This is true for every email address at babyfestus.com.
username: joshua@babyfestus.com
incoming mail server: mail.babyfestus.com
port: 110
Not using secure connection
(Is the username supposed to only be 'joshua' and not 'joshua@babyfestus.com'?)

Your access info is correct as-is. Your site was suspended for a while, so you may be experiencing some caching of DNS. We've sent a test email as well to the joshua account -- check for that.
Also, emailing support is the fastest way to resolve these kinds of issues.
